South Florida Operations LLC is a small used boat dealer established in 2025, based in Eagle Lake, Florida. Being small is the whole point: our overhead is tiny, so our boats sell at incredible prices compared to the rest of the market - and you deal directly with us, not a sales floor. Every boat we sell is personally inspected before it's listed, and we water-test the smaller ones whenever we can. We serve all of Florida - and if you're further out, no problem: we can ship any boat anywhere.

How we treat our buyers
Every boat gets checked
Motor, electronics, pumps, lights - all looked at before the boat is ever listed. Smaller boats usually get a water test too.
Titles verified before we buy
We check the title before we buy the boat, not after. When you go to register it, there are no surprises.
Straight answers
Ask us what's wrong with a boat and we'll tell you. It's a used boat - something always shows wear, and you should know about it before you drive out here.
Here after the sale
If something comes up a week or a month after you buy, call us. A lot of our buyers get sent our way by earlier buyers, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Come kick the tires
Look through the inventory online, then call or text to set up a time. We show boats by appointment, whenever works for you, and we'll start it up so you can hear it run.
